In recent years, with the rapid growth of marine transportation, emergencies in transportation dangerous chemicals have occurred from time to time. Due special characteristics environment, it is difficult rescue and dispose hazardous chemical accidents at sea. So, emergency disposal sea requires strong professionalism. This paper analyzes shortcomings safety supervision response by sorting out current situation China. On this basis, proposes corresponding countermeasures improves capability transportation.
